Dear Doctor I have listened your point of view on Ayurveda. Which is seems to be correct for the person having scientific mindset. But I want to make you clear that the given Ayurvedic Text or Samhita written by those yogis enlightened persons who don’t have such microscopic view for understanding body physiology, pathology and mode of action of drugs. So they took Natural principles like five elements theory as well as Vata , pitta and Kapha for explaining all physiology, pathology and medicine. Which is very much acceptable till the age of scientific mindset. But today we need the science and natural principles experts who can explain all the old methods in modern scientific mode of understanding. I am practicing Ayurveda on both principles natural as well as scientific which is sometime difficult task. Because it is not clearly written anywhere about contraindications for example in pregnancy which Ayurvedic drugs are safe for mother and baby according to all trimesters. Lastly I want to request you to work collectively to uplift Ayurveda by putting your scientific knowledge for explaining old Ayurveda methods…. There is one book from a doctor who passed BAMS and MBBS MS Gyn obs. This may help you …… Because it is our duty to uplift our traditional Indian Ayurvedic system of medicine at world level with the power of scientific explanation. You can't wake a person who is pretending to be asleep. I don't understand why you have so much hatred for Ayurveda! Ayurveda is a lifestyle which first think how to preserve the health and then cure. Calling Ayurveda a pseudoscience is non sense. No doubt modern medicine is a life saver in emergency situations, having said you cannot adopt it as a lifestyle and keep taking them throughout life and expose ourselves to hell lot of side effects.

If anybody is having trouble understanding his accent he is not saying kokomin😂 he's saying CURCUMIN which is the main component in the turmeric that is the Healer and most people don't understand that you need fresh cracked black pepper and usually a good healthy fat like raw sesame oil or milk or ghee to get the curcumin into your body and the pepper does make all the difference because pepper will increase the bioavailability of the curcumin by at least a thousand times
